Monthly km divided by fuel consumption times the price per liter, plus parking. For buses we count the fares; for ride-hailing, the price per km.

E-bike running costs
The battery uses about 1 kWh every 40 km. We multiply that by your electricity rate and add a yearly maintenance reserve.
